P2 Consulting was started by a group of award winning consultants who recognised the opportunity to build a global consultancy firm that had clients’ needs at its heart. Mapping the flow of value through your organisation

P2 Scaled Agile believes the single most critical aspect of the adaptive organisation is how seamlessly value flows from strategy through the organisation and to the customer.
